Mini-Pupillage and Work Experience

Our mini-pupillage programme is designed for students and aspiring barristers seeking meaningful insight into life at the Bar and the practice of a modern chambers.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to observe hearings (where permitted), attend conferences, shadow members of chambers, and gain exposure to the commercial and international work undertaken by our team.

Pupillage

Outline Chambers seeks exceptional future advocates with the intellect, resilience, and judgment required to succeed in a competitive legal environment.

Our pupillage programme combines rigorous advocacy training with practical exposure to real client work, led by experienced supervisors across our specialist practice areas.

Pupils can expect training in:

  • Courtroom advocacy

  • Drafting and written submissions

  • Business development and practice management
