Practice Areas

Jide's London practice is principally in serious and complex criminal law, with experience in matters involving conspiracy to murder, large-scale drug importation, serious sexual offences, fraud, money laundering, and confiscation proceedings. He is regularly instructed in cases requiring close analysis of extensive evidence and the management of complex factual and legal issues.

His international commercial experience equips him to advise on and act as counsel in cross-border business negotiations and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. Drawing on his dual-jurisdictional expertise, he advises on the international dimensions of criminal investigations, asset recovery and confiscation proceedings, offences under the UK Bribery Act 2010, and complex commercial transactions, providing strategic guidance across both the UK and Nigerian legal systems with a combination of legal precision and commercial awareness.
