Francis J Kiernan is an international business executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Global Commercial Energy Market.

​

Francis is a Burgess of the City of Aberdeen, a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering Design,a Member of UK Institute of Directors and a Director of The London Diplomatic Association (LDA) amongst others. 

​

Served as Director-Resident Engineer for several companies, Shell Expro, AMOCO SNS, Britoil, AMEC, Kvaerner Oil & Gas, Aker Kvaerner AS, and founder of Aker Operations AS.

​

He is active with the Energy Transition and Carbon Zero 2050 debate. Collaboration with University of Aberdeen; University of Houston; and Robert Gordons University Aberdeen.

Currently Owner and MD of the AB Consult International Group retaining its Head Office in Aberdeen Scotland UK
